Modern telecommunications services, in particular broadband Internet, play an important role in the lives of Canadians. The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is asking for your input through a short survey. By completing the survey, you are helping the CRTC examine which telecommunications services Canadians consider necessary to participate in the digital economy.

Click here to complete the survey. You have until 8 PM (EST) on February 29, 2016 to complete the survey. If you prefer, you may complete the survey over the phone with an agent or request a paper copy by calling 1-877-249-2782 from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The CRTC is an independent agency of the Government of Canada responsible for regulating Canada’s communication system.
